Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At “The Right Hand”, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all of our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order or booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made through your account or by contacting our customer service team at +91 9944459263 / growth@therighthand.in

  • Orders placed online: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of the order being placed. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as your order may have already been processed or shipped.
  • Bookings for services or events: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours/days before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. If cancelled within 2 hours of the event, a partial refund or credit may be provided, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note the following:

  • Eligibility for refunds: Refunds are available for orders or services that meet the following criteria:
    • The product is defective or damaged.
    • The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.
    • An error occurred on our end (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong item shipped).
  • Processing time: Refunds may take 2 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
  • Non-refundable items: Some items or services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to [examples like digital downloads, personalized items, etc.].
